The pharmacy will send a 90 day supply of your petmeds unless you give specifics to the veterinarian’s office. For prescription drugs the pharmacy can ship a maximum of a 90 day supply as per US FDA and US Customs rules.
Generic substitution is automatic unless the particular medication is only available in Brand name. Please refer to the price list on the website that clearly states if a medication is a generic version of the Brand name drug.
